With fall now upon us, the fans around the country are preparing for the long-awaited opening games of both college and NFL pro football. Everyone everywhere is setting down to make their Fantasy Football picks and make their 2016 Super Bowl predictions. In some cases, they will simply irritate us beyond words with their off-the-cuff (and sometimes ridiculous!) words and expressions.
Every fan takes pride and pleasure in watching, experiencing, and tracking their favorite team’s progress throughout the season, and tallying up those Fantasy Football points–all in the hopes of finding their team or players sitting in the number one spot at the close of the week or season!
Game schedules are etched in stone, jerseys and hats are proudly worn, while “Terrible Towels” and “Cheese Heads” are displayed everywhere.
